Add a layer at the front of the template
- Open the template in Studio.
- Open "Layers" in the Template Editor.
- Choose "Add Layer".
- Browse or search the available layer types and select the layer you want.
- Choose "Add Layer" in the picker.
Add a layer at a specific position
The layer list includes + controls between top-level layers.
- Find the position where the new layer should be drawn.
- Choose the + control whose label is "Add layer here".
- Select and add the layer in the picker.
The new layer is inserted at that point in the draw order. Layers nearer the front of the list render over layers behind them. You can also drag an existing layer to another insertion position after adding it.
Delete one layer from the layer list
To delete a layer from the layer panel:
- Find the layer under "Layers".
- Choose its X control labeled "Delete layer".
- Review the layer name in the "Delete Layer" confirmation.
- Choose "Delete Layer".
Delete layers from the canvas
- Right-click a selected layer on the canvas and choose "Delete", then confirm the deletion.
- Select one or more layers and press Delete or Backspace to remove the selection immediately.
- Deleting a group with "Delete group and layers" removes every layer inside that group, not only the group container.
