Image layers use assets uploaded to your Shred Scopes account. Text layers use the fonts available in the template font picker.
Add an image layer
- Upload the PNG or JPEG on "Image Assets" if it is not already available.
- Open the template in Studio.
- Add an "image" layer.
- Choose the required image asset.
- Set its position, size, rotation, opacity, fit or crop behavior, and any available clipping controls.
- Save the custom template.
The template keeps a reference to the account image. Deleting that asset can leave the layer without a usable source. When opening a custom template with an image layer with an image file you deleted, you'll be able to re-link that file in the layer configuration.
You can drag an image from your computer directly onto the template editor to create a new image layer.
Choose a font
- Select a text, arc-text, or data-text layer.
- Open its font control.
- Choose an available font and weight.
- Adjust sizing and spacing after the font loads.
Different fonts produce different glyph widths and baselines. Recheck alignment, boxes, and arc placement after switching.
For a data-text layer, use its fitting or sizing controls so speed, altitude, distance, or time values do not unexpectedly overflow the design.
