How to Contact Shred Scopes Support

Use the Shred Scopes Contact page to email support directly or send an inquiry.

Open the Contact page

  1. Go to the footer on any public Shred Scopes page.
  2. Under "Site", select "Contact". The "Shred Scopes Contact" page opens.

Direct Email

The "Email support" option displays the support email when you are signed in. If you are signed out, select "Show email", then select "Compose email" or copy the displayed address into your email application.

Send an inquiry via form

  1. Under "Send an inquiry", select "Open contact form".
  2. Enter your email address where prompted "Your contact email".
  3. Enter a broad summary of your inquiry in "Subject".
  4. Write your full message in "Message".
  5. Click "Send inquiry" to send the message
